Position: Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy)

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid – 3 Days Work from Office per week) Experience Required: 6+ Years Availability: Immediate About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer (Backend Heavy) with strong expertise in Python, database systems, and microservices to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven problem solver with proven experience in designing and scaling complex backend systems, while also being proficient in frontend technologies. Key Responsibilities  Design, build, and scale microservices architecture for high-performance systems.  Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, async jobs, background schedulers, and data pipelines for large-scale applications.  Implement and manage SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse).  Architect and enforce best practices in API design, authentication (OAuth2), authorization, and rate-limiting strategies.  Collaborate with frontend engineers to integrate React.js / TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+) applications.  Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions independently.  Ensure system performance, scalability, and security at all levels. Technical Skills  Backend: Deep hands-on experience with Python.  Databases: Strong expertise in both SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, ClickHouse).  Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).  Architecture: Strong experience with microservices, API design, distributed systems, async workflows.  APIs & Security: Expertise in RESTful APIs, rate limiting, OAuth2, secure authentication & authorization.
