Job description of Hub manager :-

1. Ensuring the inventory to required levels decided by the Daalchini management from time to time and minimising stockouts.

2. Timely inward of the materials & PR in the Zoho books.

3. Ensuring the quality of the product stored at the Hub.

4. Doing the physical verification of the inventory and submit the same to City lead.

5. Purchase Order receiving (PR) from the vendors and punching the same in the Zoho books .

6. Prepare and execute daily route planning for the City area.

7. Fill rate to be achieved as per target decided.

8. Receive slots utilisation report from the metabase and ensuring fulfilment accuracy.

9. Ensuring the Machines are filled at 100% capacity on daily basis.

10. Checking and confirming the salary of DF and fuel bills/Warehouse expenses bills every month.

11. Prepare and share operation reports daily, weekly and monthly to city lead.
