Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and operate the Building Management System to ensure optimal performance of all building systems.
2. Conduct routine checks of HVAC, lighting, fire safety, security, and other building systems.
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose system faults, perform corrective actions, and escalate issues as necessary.
4. Maintain accurate logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
5. Coordinate with maintenance teams for scheduled repairs and preventive maintenance.
6. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
7. Optimize energy consumption and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
8. Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
9. Assist in system upgrades, modifications, and integrations.
10. Provide technical support and training to building staff as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
2. Proven experience as a BMS operator or in a similar facility management role.
3. Knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical, and fire safety systems.
4. Familiarity with BMS software and hardware.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication and documentation skills.
7. Ability to work in a shift environment, including nights and weekends if required.
