SAP S/4 HANA skills Plant / Manufacturing Accounts department experience preferred.

Knowledge of Vendor Invoice Posting, Advance Payment Accounting, Knocking-off of invoice with Advance, Vendor Reconciliation needed.

Good knowledge of SAP and accounting

* Invoice posting against GRN

* Debit note posting

* Month end closure reporting with provision postings

* Monitor timely payouts to vendors

* Handling the payment queries raised by vendor and responding to emails from various stakeholders regarding the status of invoices in agreed TAT.

* Coordinate and follow up with the concerned person/Department for any doubts and query related to provision.

* Coordinates for regularly completing Vendor reconciliation.
