Position: Plant Head – Cement Plant

Location: Jabalpur

Department: Operations and Plant Management

Experience Required: 10–15 years (with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a cement plant)

Job Summary:

The Plant Head is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the cement manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable production. This includes managing all departments including production, maintenance, quality control, logistics, HSE, and HR to achieve operational excellence and meet business goals. The role also involves strategic planning, cost optimization, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the cement plant to ensure smooth and efficient production.

* Develop and implement production plans aligned with market demand and business goals.

* Ensure the reliability and performance of plant equipment through effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

* Lead CAPEX projects and plant upgrades as necessary.

* Coordinate with the engineering team for continuous improvement and debottlenecking initiatives.

* Ensure the production of high-quality cement that meets industry standards and customer requirements.

* Oversee quality control processes and laboratories.

* Promote a strong safety culture across the plant.

* Ensure compliance with all environmental and safety regulations.

* Implement HSE best practices and lead audits and inspections.
