Job Description -

* Oversee day-to-day hub operations and ensure timely dispatch & delivery of shipments.

* Manage and lead a team of riders, supervisors, and support staff.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

* Monitor hub performance through KPIs (TAT, delivery percentage, etc.).

* Resolve operational issues and customer escalations effectively.

* Coordinate with regional and central teams for process improvements.

* Maintain proper inventory and ensure zero loss/damage.

* Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports and share with management.
