 Develop and manage project schedules for facade and glass-related projects, ensuring timely completion.  Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements.  Monitor project progress, track deviations, and take corrective actions when necessary to meet project deadlines.  Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, delays, risks, and issues.  Coordinate with various departments (Design, Procurement, Construction) to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.  Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.  Ensure that all documentation related to project planning, timelines, and progress is accurate and up-to-date.  Review project contracts and specifications to understand the scope of work and constraints.  Provide regular updates to senior management on project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
