Job Title: Estimator, Scheduling & Quantity Takeoff Specialist

Position Overview: The Estimator/Scheduler/Quantity Takeoff Specialist at AEIS LLC will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, schedules, and quantity takeoffs for materials testing and inspection services, supporting bids, and assisting with project budgeting. This position also requires close coordination with project managers, field staff, and clients to develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, ensuring that deadlines and resource allocation are optimized to meet project demands. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that estimates and manpower schedule projection align with client specifications and AEIS standards. This role involves interpreting plans, performing detailed measurements, and working with project teams to support bid preparation and project planning. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and experience in the estimation, scheduling and quantity takeoffs of multiple projects simultaneously, contributing to the efficiency and success of AEIS’s service offerings.
