We Are Looking For dynamic & Proactive candidates for the post of AM/Manager- Procurement based in Gurgaon. As a purchase manager, you will be responsible for handling the procurement process, sourcing suppliers (National & Global) and managing vendor relationships to ensure a seamless procurement activities and optimise costs. You will also collaborate with cross functional teams, make strategic decisions and implement best practices within our procurement function.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimisation and enhancing procurement & supply chain efficiency.

 Manager entire procurement activities including commodities & technical purchasing.

 Managing supplier relationships & develop/source new suppliers in India & out of India.  Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favourable pricing, payment terms and mutually beneficial agreements.

 Develop liosne with government agencies related to custom & Clearance.

 Responsible for all compliances related to procurement activities.

 Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organisational goals.

Desired Profile:

● Graduate (Technical Graduate is Preferred)

● Proven work experience 5+ Years & must have global sourcing experience.

● Demonstrated the ability to in Indian & Abroad Market (Technical & other commodities purchase)

● Strong Skills in budgeting & negotiation technique.

● Knowledge of National & Abroad laws related to Procurement.

● Flexibles on work timing & shifts & willingness to work in fast-paced environment.

● Hands on MS Office & Data Analytic.
