Skills required-

∙Knowledge of Plastic, Compounding material processing and testing.

∙Completed the relevant technical education or equivalent experience in the related field.

Responsibilities:

∙Quality control engineers are in charge of ensuring all products in their company meet the set quality

standards. Their typical duties include assessing the production process, creating new manufacturing

checkpoints, testing the products, and generating reports on the products or results.

∙The scope of the job involves testing of raw materials, testing for the finished plastic compounding

product as per laid down methods and specification.

∙Testing & Quality Control for Plastic compounding Materials & Products - Technician occupation in

Plastics compounding product manufacturing process

∙Develop and implement quality control and quality assurance

∙programs to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry regulations

∙Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes

∙Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to

ensure quality standards are met

∙Investigate and resolve quality issues and customer complaints

∙Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement

∙Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports

∙Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

∙Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and quality assurance for employees
