• Graduate Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
• Production Planning s Scheduling
o Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
o Ensure optimal resource utilization and timely delivery of products.
• Inventory s Procurement
o Forecast material requirements and manage inventory levels.
o Coordinate with procurement for cost-effective sourcing.
• Process Optimization
o Monitor production KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
o Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction strategies.
• Team Leadership
o Supervise and train production staff.
o Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of accountability.
• Quality s Compliance
o Ensure adherence to quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
o Oversee health, safety, and environmental protocols (QHSE).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with engineering, RCD, and sales teams.
o Support product development and process innovation.
• Reporting s Analysis
o Prepare production reports and performance metrics.
o Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, OSHA regulations, and QHSE practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
