Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, loves content creation, and wants to grow in a fast-paced hospitality brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily content planning and posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content aligned with brand goals.

• Respond to comments, messages, and manage community engagement.

• Collaborate with the design and operations team to promote properties and brand campaigns.

• Track social media performance metrics and optimize strategies using insights.

• Stay updated on platform trends, hashtags, and viral formats.

• Support basic ad campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (training will be provided if needed)

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation.

• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn business tools.

• Basic skills in Canva or any content design platform.

• Strong sense of trends, captions, reels, and audience engagement.

• Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
