URGENT HIRING FOR - RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT (HR) Preferred immediate joiner email - contact no. - 7415074707 Location - Indore Location: RR Industrial Park, Plot No 20, Super Corridor Rd, Bardari, Indore, Madhya Pradesh Experience - 2 - 5 years of experience Job Summary: Key Responsibilities  Recruitment and Onboarding:   Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.  Conduct reference and background checks.  Prepare offer letters and other hiring documentation.  Organize and conduct new employee orientations and onboarding.  Employee Records and Administration:   Maintain and update the employee database with accurate information.  Manage HR filing systems and ensure data is up-to-date.  Handle termination paperwork and assist with exit interviews.  Payroll and Benefits:   Assist with payroll processing and resolve related errors.  Track employee attendance and leave.  Serve as a point of contact for benefit vendors and process inquiries.  Employee Relations and Support:   Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies.

 Assist with employee grievances and complaints.

 Act as a liaison between employees and management.

 Reporting and Coordination:

 Generate reports on HR activities and performance.

 Coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.

 Maintain calendars and agendas for the HR team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.

 Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information

Systems (HRIS).

 Education: An Associate's degree in a related field may be required.
