As Project and Support Engineer, you would primarily be:
Working closely with a growing team to deliver integration and testing services for enterprise level customers in a complex environment – successfully and on-time. Strong analysis and communication skills,
to be stress tolerant, to understand customer's goals and business objectives and proactively cooperate,
optimize, and improve customer's business are all key to succeeding at this role. To this degree, your
responsibilities would include:
 Performing Installations, Testing, commissioning (of all components) of CCTVs, Access controls,
Public Address System, Fire alarm systems, Boom barriers, Turnstiles, and other security related
systems.
 Strong Technical Knowledge with fault finding capabilities.
 Technical & Project scope understanding with quality execution of project.
 Design coordination, Site survey with BOQ preparations & Requirement analysis.
 Preventive maintenance activity to be executed independently as per client requirements.
 Independently handling the client with minimum support from their supervisors.
 Vendor & Safety Management.
 Independently handling multiple Clients & its Interactions.
 Sharing regular Project status report & day today updates to their supervisor & Clients.
 Timely escalation or communication to TL or PM seeking support regarding the project related
issues.
 Submission of Invoices & acknowledgements.
 Email communication, Documentation skills & handing over of projects within scheduled time.
 Completion of project with quality of work such as Feruling of field device, cable dressing, Termination and Commissioning as per the standard.
