ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

1. Order Collection, Nurturing Leads, Boosting retail primary and SPD sales.
2. Servicing the collected order & communicate with relevant stakeholders.
3. Payment collection & executing order.
4. Create Performa invoice from the accounts department.
5. Organize the loading plan once the dealer has completed the full 100% payment. .
6. Forward the loading plan to the production and dispatch departments via email. .
7. Upon receiving the dispatch date, generate a tax invoice through the accounting department. .
8. Resolving Dealer Complaints.
9. Analyze the complaints & ensure timely resolution or escalation.
10. Lead generation & follow-up up to meeting level.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customersupport, to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
12. Maintain accurate and detailed work records, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
