About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who can efficiently manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operational activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to handling both hiring and administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities Recruitment Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various profiles (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews).

• Use job portals, social platforms, and internal databases for sourcing candidates.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

• Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.

• Maintain candidate records, follow-ups, and timely closures.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Operations Support Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding formalities, documentation, and employee joining processes.

• Maintain and update employee databases, attendance, and HR records.

• Support payroll inputs by collecting attendance and leave data.

• Help in preparing HR reports, letters (offer, appointment, relieving), and MIS.

• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related tasks and requirements.

• Assist in employee engagement activities and office administration when required.



Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing methods.

• Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.

• Ability to multitask and work under timelines.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.



Preferred Background

• Experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring, or technical/non-technical recruitment.

• Exposure to HR operations, payroll support, or admin tasks.
