Position: Customer Support & Sales Specialist (Voice Process – US Shift)

Shift: Evening / Graveyard

Working Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Max 5 days/week)

Working Hours: 9 hours/day

💼Your Role: Customer Support & Sales Specialist

Do you enjoy meaningful customer conversations? Can you problem-solve, assist buyers, and convert leads into sales opportunities?

This role requires confidence, empathy, and the ability to manage customer relationships with finesse.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound & outbound voice calls and live chats professionally.
  2. Assist US customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and after-sales support.
  3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during conversations.
  4. Meet all key KPIs: SLA, AHT, CSAT.
  5. Maintain accurate logs of all interactions using CRM & ticketing tools.

🌟What We’re Looking For

  1. 2–3 years of calling experience handling US B2C customers (mandatory).
  2. 6–10 years total experience in call center/BPO (voice & live chat).
  3. Strong verbal & written communication in English.
  4. Experience in product-based calling processes.
  5. Familiarity with CRM, chat, and ticketing systems.
  6. Comfortable working night shifts.
  7. Jewellery / E-commerce / Luxury retail background highly preferred.
  8. Graduate degree preferred.
  9. Please do not apply if you do not have US call experience.


🖥️Remote Work Requirements

  1. Candidate must arrange their own:
  2. ✓ Laptop
  3. ✓ Stable high-speed Wi-Fi
  4. Must be comfortable using Hubstaff (attendance & productivity monitoring system).
  5. Hubstaff Summary:
  6. Tracks active work time & activity levels
  7. Takes periodic screenshots
  8. Stops tracking if inactive for 5+ minutes
  9. Hubstaff logs = official attendance & payroll data
  10. Candidate must ensure Hubstaff is active during working hours
  11. Salary will be credited between the 15th–20th of every month.
