Job Description:

URGENT HIRING for Cybersecurity Sales Lead


Mandatory Requirement: Proven experience in cybersecurity product and/or services sales

Budget: Up to ₹25 LPA per position

Joining: Immediate / Short notice preferred

-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity.


Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed $1 million in annual cybersecurity services revenue targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in BFSI and Hi-Tech sectors.

• Client Engagement: Leverage an established network of CIOs and CISOs to build long-term relationships and uncover high-value opportunities.

• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

• Solution Selling: Articulate company’s value proposition, focusing on SOC/MDR, Security Engineering and Cloud Security solutions.

• Negotiation and Closing: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

• Market Insights: Continuously research and provide insights on industry trends, competitive threats, and customer needs to enhance the value of company’s offerings.

• Collaboration: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.


Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.

• Existing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, or decision-makers in BFSI, technology, or similar sectors.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
