Commercial assistants perform finance-related administrative tasks, prepare correspondence with customers and employees as well as record and maintain data. Furthermore, they conduct telephone calls with customers, accept requests, prepare offers and set and monitor appointments and deadlines.

Commercial assistants should be experienced in corporate accounting and customer support. Besides, they should possess certain soft skills, such as organisational talent and strong communication skills.
