Job Description:

●Efficient to coordinate with multiple teams and departments 
●Efficient to coordinate with vendors  
●Fully versed in Time & Action Master Calendar and all key dates of New Showroom or showroom renovation timeline  
●Maintaining and analyze project workflow standards 
●Collecting and organizing data in a way that is easy to interpret 
●Providing administrative support as needed 
●Communicate approval to purchase team and vendors 
●Work closely with the space design team and VM team to support and provide right information required  
●Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project 
●Daily update & track space project status, arrange site images, and perform follow ups to make everything runs as 
planned. Update Designers and the Brand managers with the schedule accordingly 
●Provide appropriate information and documentation to account team for budget planning and allocation 
●Work and collaborate with our family of brands 
 
●Maintain cross-functional and cross-brand workflow processes and standards 
 
●Participate in weekly meeting 
 
●Work with design team members to maintain processes, to keep servers, files and preview sites to team 
●Basic understanding of how to study floor plan 
●Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Rep
