Job Description:

Must have strong team handling experience of atleast 7 yrs
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
● Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the automobile industry,
with specific exposure to electric 3-wheelers and strong background of channel sales.
● Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle market, including customer preferences, industry
trends, and competitor analysis.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales
team.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with dealers,
customers, and internal stakeholders.
● Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
● Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and action plan to achieve sales targets and market
share objectives in the region.
● Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales
opportunities.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns
and pricing strategies.
● Identify and appoint authorized dealers and distributors within the region.
● Provide guidance, training, and support to dealers in order to enhance their product knowledge
and sales capabilities.
● Monitor dealer performance and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
● Monitor and analyze sales performance, including product sales, market share, and revenue
growth within the region.
● Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting key performance
indicators and recommending strategies for improvement.
● Conduct regular sales meetings and reviews with the sales team to assess progress and address
any issues or challenges.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
● Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high
customer satisfaction.
5. Market Expansion and Business Development:
● Identify new market segments and opportunities for growth within the region.
● Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and
expand the customer base.
