Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing
  • Proficiency in English communication (written, verbal both)

 

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to PPC, SEM, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions. Use tools such as Google Analytics and marketing analytics platforms to assess campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI, while continually optimizing for cost efficiency and lead generation.
  • Keyword and Audience Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for targeting the right audience segments and improving ad relevance.
  • Ad Creatives: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creative and landing page designs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to refine ad copy, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to increase conversion rates and ensure a seamless user experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • ROI and KPIs: Set, track, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, lead generation, and customer acquisition cost.
