Skills: 

 

• A degree in creative writing or communications or business

• 4 - 5 years of eLearning content writing experience with a strong portfolio, preferably in the BFSI domain.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in stakeholder and team management.

• Strong attitude, positive, with a willingness & desire to learn and contribute.

• Ability to multitask and be proactive.

• The mind-set to roll up your sleeves and work in a fast-paced customer focussed environment.

• Storytelling ability - so that the learning consumption becomes easier (Good to have)

• Design sense - so the design team can bounce ideas off you (Good to have)
