Responsibilities :

• Verification of billing/ credit requests and supports
• Keep record of jobs for PO submission with cost summary to customer
• Tracking and updating the release of customer PO
• To follow up with PM on release of customer PO
• To submit documents for customer service acceptance
• To ensure service acceptance done before creation of invoice in SAP
• Printing of invoices/credit notes
• Submission of invoices to Customers and/or via Customer& platform
• Monitoring movement of billable jobs
• Liaise with inter departments and customers on resolving billing issues
