Key Qualifications:
- Seasoned in B2C digital retailing
- E-commerce venture management experience
- Expertise in FMCG or D2C verticals
- Strong industry and product knowledge
- Effective team communication skills

Marketing Strategy:
- Develop online and email campaigns
- Expert in Affiliate marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads
- Plan and execute marketing strategies for new and existing products
- Develop offline and online brand strategy
- Lead in-house teams across key channels

Thought Leadership & Analytics:
- Drive Thought Leadership for Consumer Acquisition & Retention
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for top-notch digital customer experience
- Set and administer quarterly and yearly marketing budgets
- Continuously review market changes, trends, and competitor activities

Social Media and PR:
- Manage and refine social media and PR presence
- Measure marketing campaign costs

- End-to-end Management of Marketplaces
- Product Research, Catalogue, Listings, and Content Management
- Plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns
- Analyze consumer behavior, keywords, and campaign success
- Define important advertisement KPIs for increased sales

E-commerce Operations:
- Price strategies, Inventory Management, and Sales Analysis
