2) Must  have hands on experience in Sales/Retail/Optical & Technology Hiring                             
3) Hands on experience on working at different Job Portal (Naukri, LinkedIn & Others)                            
4) HRBP related activities.                             
3) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.                            
4)Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.                            
5) Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.                            
6) Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.                            
7)Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods                            
9) Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred.
