Job Description: You Care Lifestyle by Luke Coutinho is a leading wellness Ecommerce platform committed to offering certified solutions for individuals seeking genuine healthcare support. Co-founded by Luke Coutinho and Narendra Firodia, our platform aims to build a strong wellness community and improve the overall well-being of our customers. You will be responsible for efficiently managing product categories and ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing product catalogue. As the Category Management and Brand Onboarding Manager at You Care Lifestyle, your primary focus will be to elevate You Care Lifestyle to the status of a preferred 'shopping destination' for our customers. This involves curating a best-in-class certified nutrition and holistic wellness product assortment and executing strategic category plans aligned with company objectives.

 1. Brand Onboarding: a. End-to-End Ownership: Take charge of the entire vendor onboarding process, from initiation to nurturing. Achieve and surpass targets for timely vendor/merchant onboarding. b. Communication Excellence: Facilitate seamless communication, ensuring prompt follow-ups, and resolving vendor queries efficiently.

 2. Catalogue Management: . Precision in Listing: Maintain meticulous control over the catalogue, ensuring products are listed with precision in terms of price parity, accuracy, and alignment with You Care Lifestyle's brand standards. a. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to acquire and update product details, images, and specifications in line with brand standards.

3. Category Management: . Proactively propose innovative ways to optimize and grow category performance. a. Market Insight: Identify emerging market trends, discern customer needs, and assess category performance through in-depth and insightful reports. b. Partnership Building: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key suppliers and partners, fostering an environment that ensures product availability and exclusivity.

 Requirement Details Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Degree / MBA in ops preferred

Work Experience No. of Years Min. 5-6 years of experience in e-commerce vendor management and onboarding specifically in Health & Wellness category

 Gender Preference Any Contractual/employment Full-time

 Requirement on English proficiency on a scale of 1-5: 4 or more. Functional Skills/ Experience Checklist  Proficiency in Excel and report generation and analysis  Process-oriented, proactive and results-driven individual  Knowledge of the marketplace, drop shipment and latest e-commerce retail models and consumer goods industry is preferred.  Be a quick learner with an analytical mind to understand back end operations.
