Seeking instructors to deliver online Personality Development Courses for learners aged 3-7, 8-12, 13-18, and 18+.

The ideal candidates must have a passion to teach and customize the learning experience to

• Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored to age-appropriate pedagogy.
• Customize learning experiences to meet students' requirements and encourage participation and discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online classes and pre-recorded sessions.
• Tailor instructional strategies to meet developmental needs of each age group.
• Assess students' progress in developing personality traits and soft skills.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents.
• Stay updated on trends and research in personality development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related fields.
• Prior and relevant experience in teaching, counselling, or training in personality development, public speaking is must.
• Strong understanding of child and adolescent development for respective age groups.
• Good personality along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technological proficiency in online teaching platforms.
• Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
