Job Description:

  • Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and schedule service appointments for clients, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and relevant documentation.
    • Collaborate with the service team to allocate resources, schedule technicians, and optimize service delivery.
    • Monitor service requests, track progress, and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Proactively identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may hinder service delivery or customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional customer service.
    • Assist in preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying areas for improvement in service operations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.

    Requirements:

    • A graduate degree in any discipline.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in using computer applications and software for data management.
