 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join
our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and
maintaining successful relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal
candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proven and relevant track record in
sales, and the ability to understand and meet the needs of clients.
 Responsibilities
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business
opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and
expand the customer base. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and
influencers.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed
revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of
products/services.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Serve
as the main point of contact for clients and address their needs promptly.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the
company and establish a strong professional network.
Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product
development, and customer support, to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
 Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a
plus.
- Proven track record in business development and sales, with a minimum of 03 years of
experience in a similar role.
