Job Description:

  1. To get the registration done by the clients and get business to the company.
  2. To improve customer service experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth.
  3. To make hot and cold calls on the given data and get the conversion / Registration done.
  4. Provide knowledgeable help to customers and go the extra mile in providing the correct details to customer queries.
  5. Handle customer inquiries via call, email and chat, Social Media giving prompt answers to customer questions and covert them in to sales
