Job Description:

a) To work alongside CFO, Operations Head, Directors

b) Managing all finance and accounting operations including Billing, AR / AP, GL, Fixed Assets Accounting, Inventory Accounting.

c) Developing financial strategy, accounting policies & SOP’s

d) Ensure monthly book closing and year end closing process.

e) Preparation & publishing of monthly and Quarterly financial statements

f) Ensuring all finance, accounts & taxation related compliances.

g) Financial reporting & analysis and thereby help senior management in strategic decisions.

h) Cashflow management

i) Developing financial reviews & providing valuable inputs to management on business.

j) Finalization of accounts & timely completion audits

k) Preparation of reports & financials for fund raising and liasoning with bankers & investors.

l) Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.

m) Ensure all statutory compliances are met.
