Airlines Booking:

• Coordinate with airlines to book freight shipments efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to airline schedules and specifications.
• Handle booking confirmations and updates promptly.

Transferring FHL and FWB:

• Manage the transfer process of Freight Handling List (FHL) and Freight Waybill (FWB) accurately.
• Liaise with relevant parties to ensure seamless transfer procedures.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of transferred documents.

Documentation:

• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to air freight shipments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Organize and file documentation for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Pre-alerts to Customers:

• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status and updates.
• Send pre-alerts to customers regarding upcoming deliveries.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in the air operations department and other relevant teams.
• Assist senior staff members as needed and contribute to team goals.

• Any Graduate.
• Previous experience in air freight operations or related roles is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for air operations.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing high-quality service.
