Recruitment Manager- F&B- Doddenkundi, Marathahalli, Bangalore

1. 8-10 years of experiences in F&B hiring/client site mobilisation across levels from Hotels/Catering/Food services/QSR industry
2. Strong in recruitment business partnering with Line managers/Functional Heads for end-to-end hiring & On Boarding
3. Must be well versed in optimising all sourcing channels – Internal References/Search Agencies/Social Media hiring/ Job Portals/Campus Drive/Job Fairs
4. Must be able to work under hiring TAT and budget for frontline & managerial staff
5. Must have a strong data base & networking of F&B/ Kitchen manpower across levels especially in metro cities
6. Good English communication skill (fluency in Hindi), Interpersonal relationship skill, MS- Excel
7. Should be willing to travel with in city/ across India for site mobilization/ Field sourcing of staff
