The ideal candidate will be responsible for B2B sales within both domestic and international markets. Position : Business Development Manager Shift : Day Work location : Noida 63 Working days : Monday to Friday, 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays Job description: ● Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape. ● Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profits. ● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients. ● Utilize various channels, including networking events, and digital platforms, to identify and pursue business opportunities with B2B clients. ● Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. ● Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and objections to reach mutually beneficial agreements. ● Close deals and secure contracts in line with organizational goals. Job Specification: ● Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the eLearning services providing industry. ● Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. ● Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. ● Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
