Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to maintain delinquency levels below 0.25%
• Decision /PD/Appraisal of cases within TAT
• Training of FOS on KYC and documentation part- which help to reduce TAT
• Understanding of legal and technical
• Attending of maximum training sessions to enhance u/w skills.
• Adherence of product and policy- minimal audit observation.
• Punctuality and teamwork
• OTC and PDD management.
• Regular follow up with vendors for delivery of reports on time
• Screening of file and communication of queries on mail to respective FOS with a CC to HUB head and HCH.
• CAM preparation, assisting HCH. PDs of salaried and small SENP profiles after proper training.
• Errorless OMNI/ system entries
• Attending training sessions to enhance underwriting skills
• Adherance to processes and compliance
