Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in any field.
Key Responsibilities:
    Maintain delinquency levels below 0.25% through strategic credit management practices.
    Make timely credit decisions and conduct Probability of Default (PD) and appraisal of cases
within specified Turnaround Time (TAT).
    Conduct training sessions for Field Operations Staff (FOS) on KYC (Know Your Customer) and
documentation procedures to streamline processes and reduce TAT.
    Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of legal and technical aspects pertinent to credit
management.
    Ensure strict adherence to product and policy guidelines to minimize audit observations and
maintain compliance.
    Manage Over The Counter (OTC) and Post Dated Cheques (PDD) effectively to mitigate risks.
    Maintain regular communication with vendors to ensure timely delivery of reports.
    Screen files and communicate queries to respective FOS, with necessary copies to Hub Credit
Head (HCH).
    Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and provide assistance to Hub Credit Head in credit
evaluations.
    Ensure accurate OMNI/system entries and compliance with established processes.
