Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Head of Sales & Distribution and Collections to oversee the
sales, distribution, and collections operations for retail loan products, focusing on Mortgage and Micro
Loans against Properties in the affordable segment within the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for managing a team of Vice Presidents of Sales & Distribution and Collections and
ensuring the achievement of business objectives while maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio and
optimizing collections.
