Job Description:

Primary Requirement 
GST Return preparation & Filling – GSTR-1 and GSTR -3B* GSTR – 2, 2A & 2B reconciliation* GST Form 
9 & 9A preparation* GST setoff preparation and challan generation & payment.* TDS deduction and 
challan payment* TDS data preparation for TDS return* ESIC, EPF knowledge & challan payment* 
Prepaid and post paid expenses booking* Import Export –Foreign remittance through bank, Custom 
clearance &Landing Cost valuation of Import Purchases,* BOE clearance* Knowledge of P&L and 
Balance sheet can assist senior for finalization of books. 
Generate Sale Invoice form Tally 
Purchase Invoice Punching in Tally 
Generate Purchase Order in Tally 
Prepare Payment Cheques & Enter in Tally before issuance 
Passing Journal Entries in Tally & Issue Payment of Company Exp. 
Secondary requirement 
Monthly Sale & Purchase Register review Knowledge of all type of issues related to Tally, E-invoice & 
E-way bill Sundry Debtors & Creditors Ledger Reconciliation & balance confirmation Branch 
accounting, Branch reconciliation. All other general accounting Checking of books (General auditing) 
 Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables 
 Experience with general ledger functions
