Job Description-

Profile is for calling existing and potential Institutions and candidates to persuade them to purchase paid subscription from classified offerings-developing and sustaining solid relationships with Inst. Authorities to encourage ,referential and repeat business

Researching and identifying new market opportunities - Digital ad. posting
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, whats Apps share and emails
Answer all the incoming calls from candidates/Institutions & maintaining records physically and in co. Software
Understand clients [Institutions] Candidates [Job seekers/freshers] needs and requirements & matching with our offered services
Use documents to provide accurate details about the product’s features, its price range, etc along with the benefits it offers
Maintain and expand your database of prospects through various advertising options within your assigned territory.
Team with Franchisee/ channel partners/Associates to build pipeline and develop reach in Institutions for proposal Introduction. 
Ability to offer excellent customer service, If require, conducting Video Conferencing for presentations

    Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidates with soft voice, fluent with clear pronunciations,
- Proven inside sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day / Cold calls &
Follow-up Calls
Proficient with corporate productivity and online presentation/advertising tools
- Experience working with CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills  

Strong listening and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
