Job Description:  The incumbent shall be responsible for;

a)     All Store, Dispatch & Purchase activities.

b)     Must have hands on experience in Inventory Management.

c)      Monitoring of FG & Store materials.

d)     Ensuring Critical/ Shortage of Raw Materials.

e)     Maintaining FG Stock in line with Dispatch Plan.

f)       MIS of Inventory, FG Stock and Critical Parts report.

g)     Scheduling and Follow up with Supplier for BOP and other Raw Materials.

h)     Material procurement, Direct Purchase of consumables Etc.

i)       Organizing logistics.

j)       Planning and monitoring customer dispatch schedule.

k)     Must have knowledge of quality systems like IATF, OHSAS & Safety Systems.

l)       Skilled in coordinating with Customer and manufacturing department along with quality department to achieve the targated dispatch as per customer requirement.

j) Ability to lead a department and team.
