Job Description:

URGENT HIRING for Growth Head

Immediate Joiner Preferred.

Salary upto 15lpa

Responsibilities

1. Great leadership and communication ability

2. Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.

3. Analyzing supply chain and performance

4. Maintaining inventory

5.  Plan for the company's financial success

6.  Evaluate and reports on KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

7.  Guiding, supervising, and training employees

8.  Do regular market research.

9.  Build strong networks with builders, landlords, and vendors.

10. Build strong relationships with industry professionals and consultants.

11. Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.

12. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.

13. Overall, great project management.

14. Oversee the financial aspects of business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's P&L goals.

15. Implement cost-effective strategies and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.

16. Conduct financial analysis of business development projects, assessing the impact on the company's P&L.

 

Requirements and skills:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets.

3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and performance metrics.

7. Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics relevant to the company's products or services.

8. Ability to travel as required for business development activities.
