The primary focus will be on recruitment, training, and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, demonstrating expertise in these key areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment:  Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.  Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment processes.  Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. 2. Training:  Identify training needs within the organization and develop comprehensive training programs.  Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees at various levels.  Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make continuous improvements. 3. Payroll:  Oversee the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.  Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions.  Address payroll-related queries and issues promptly. 4. Employee Relations:  Foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution.  Stay informed about employee concerns and feedback, working towards enhancing the overall employee experience. 5. Compliance:  Stay up-to-date with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR processes.  Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures consistently. Skills and Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, training, and payroll.  Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.  Proficient in using HRIS and other relevant software.
