Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and other related technologies.
2. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
3. Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
4. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Work closely with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless operation of backend systems.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
8. Mentor junior developers and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience (6-12 years) as a Backend Developer with expertise in ASP.NET, MVC, C#, and Azure DevOps.
3. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in developing Web API services.
4. Proficiency in cloud technologies, particularly Azure PaaS, and experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
5. Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks like React is highly desirable.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
