Job Description:

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Planning:
● Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process and
improve efficiency.
● Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Procurement and Vendor Management:
● Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms and
conditions.
● Monitor supplier performance and implement strategies to address any issues or
discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
● Oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
● Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory and stockouts.
Logistics and Distribution:
● Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
● Optimize transportation routes and shipping methods to reduce costs and improve
efficiency.
Process Optimization:
● Analyze supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
● Implement best practices and technology solutions to streamline operations.
Team Leadership:
● Lead and motivate the supply chain team to achieve departmental goals.
● Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related
field.
● Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role.
● Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications.
