Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of various continental dishes, including but not limited to European, American, and Mediterranean cuisines.
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation of continental dishes.
• Work closely with senior kitchen staff to ensure efficient execution of orders and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the continental cuisine section, including equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling of ingredients and hygiene practices.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering of continental cuisine ingredients.
• Learn and apply proper cooking techniques and flavor combinations unique to continental cuisine.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen environment, with exposure to continental cuisine preferred.
• Basic knowledge of continental cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions.
