Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure, optimizing for performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate application requirements into scalable Azure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Terraform.
  • Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient and reliable application delivery.
  • Set up and configure monitoring tools to proactively identify and address issues.
  • Implement robust alerting mechanisms for prompt incident response.
  • Enforce security best practices and compliance standards for Azure environments.
  • Collaborate with the security team to enhance security measures.
  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
  • Continuously optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, cost, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering and DevOps practices, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Azure certifications such as AZ-400 (Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert) or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
  • Proven experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools and a strong understanding of security best practices for Azure environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
