Job Description: Duties & Responsibilties:  Key Account Management  Manage a Junior under him.  Meet the quarterly and annual Sales target.  Visiting Architects (Involved Only in Office Projects), Turnkey Contractors (Doing Commercial Projects), Top Corporates in India with regular expansion, PMC (Like JLL, Knight Frank, Cushman Wakefield) – First Identification of the relevant Key accounts and then finding which accounts will fit us properly  Suggesting the required modifications in the product line required to maximize the sales.  Understanding the drawings & technical Specifications required.  Ensuring that the mockups are made in an impressive manner.  Providing quotations, Providing Catalogues, Samples, getting samples approved from the concerned person.  Negotiations, follow up for the Orders,Getting Product specified -  Providing the Proforma. Getting PO, advance, coordinating with seniors for time bond delivery and coordinating the installation of the chairs till the final satisfaction of the customer.  Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects.  Customer relationship management and MIS reports for Project monitoring.  Discussion of Payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters.  Preferably Should have knowledge of Office Chairs.  Preferably should have experience of selling modular furniture and office furniture. Preferred Skills:  Should have achieved a Sales Target of 5+crore in a year  A self-motivated and self- directed person  Should have a sense of Business Intelligence  Should be able to multi – task , prioritize and manage time effectively  Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills  Collaboration Skills  Negotiation & Persuasion skill  Speaking English – level 5/5
