Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers with the aim of generating leads or appointments, promoting our products or services, and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients. The Telecalling Executive will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction. Location: Chennai Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or database. 2. Introduce products or services to prospects and explain their benefits. 3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales representatives. 4. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries. 5. Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints if any. 6. Update customer database with relevant information obtained during calls. 7. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and appointment setting. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. 9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. 10.Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings. Qualifications and Skills:  Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales is preferred.  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets consistently.  Good organizational and time management skills.  Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus. Additional Requirements:  Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.  Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.  Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.  Understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques.  Adept at building rapport and maintaining professional relationships.
