Responsibilities-
 Work closely with the Product Manager to analyze product functionality, and performance
trends, and test hypotheses to help shape go-to-market strategies
 Develop product feedback processes and assist in conducting market research and customer
interviews
 Assist in creating streamlined processes and documentation to communicate product
release timelines with sales teams
 Work with the development team to roll out new features, and troubleshoot existing ones
 Create reporting and dashboards to analyze and track campaign performance, and trends,
and identify optimization opportunities for our small business customers
Qualifications-
 Bachelor’s degree in any field
 Looking to transition into product management
 Holding a product management course certification
 Available for a full-time position with a minimum commitment of 1 year
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal
supervision
